Week Ending 27 January 2017
The following information summarizes what was released in the edX platform during the week ending 27 January 2017.
The edX engineering wiki Release Pages provide detailed information about
every change made to the edx-platform GitHub repository. If you are interested
in additional information about every change in a release, create a user
account for the wiki and review the dated release pages.
- For course discussions, options to sort posts by most activity, recent
activity, or most votes are now available for inline discussions. These
options were previously available only on the Discussions page.
- Course teams that use content groups to deliver specific content to learners
in different cohorts can now test draft content according to content group by
using the Preview option. For more information, see

- A new version of the drag and drop problem type has been released. This
version includes multiple accessibility improvements for screen readers and
keyboard users. (SOL-2156, SOL-2157, SOL-2158)
- A problem that prevented some
play_video events from being logged after
seek_video events has been resolved. (TNL-6333)
